Liked: There was a staff member in the evening who was absolutely fantastic.
Disliked: Our room was not ready we had to wait around for 30 minutes after our areival of 3pm. The room was not cleaned properly, there were faeces in the bath, and there was rubbish behind the bed side unit. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. There were excessive noise coming from staff until 1.30am. The food was disgusting and made my partner sick.

Chaotic system with no professionalism....

Liked: Staff were pleasant but with no real training or management present.
Disliked: No instructions re meal times given or in the room. Only one cup and one plastic beaker in double room. Shower tray broken and looked dirty. Fire alarm went off- left the room but no staff in sight. Breakfast looked congealed and had been cooked hours before. When we left and wanted to pay woman behind the bar couldn't find our details or work the pay machine. No-one there to help her. Said the manager would phone us but he / she didn't.
