Liked: Such a beautiful building, its modern, yet decadent interior design is done in a high standard. Music plays quietly in the background to add to the ambience.I often stay at the Queen as it's always my first choice. I sit outside in the Courtyard with my Yorkshire Terrier, amongst the incredibly grand statues. Listening to the water fountain. Say hello to Queenie, the resident cat! She's so good-natured.I've always been fortunate to get the same room, and I sleep perfectly. I learnt about the history of the hotel, which makes my stay all the more interesting. As you can tell, I can't find fault. I look forward to my next visit soon.Thank you all!

Liked: The Reception staff were very pleasant on arrival and at departure. We had tea and drinks in the bar and we also found the staff very attentive. We enjoyed sitting in a very comfortable bar in a quiet atmosphere.
Disliked: It was a long walk from reception to our room with our luggage. Other than that everything was perfect
