Disappointing overall for the cost...

Liked: Nice place but the rooms & decor are dated, or possibly aimed for the older clientele. Also cannot buy drinks in the bar after 10pm as they close the tills so if you dont carry a card and use apple/google pay like most do and attach these details to your room at checkin you cannot get a drink for the last 2 hours they are open. Gent in the bar was also very rude and unfriendly when i tried to get a drink at 10:05. No notes made on the system of our room requests, but this was resolved for us. Overall just not worth the additional expense for a night away jnless you are there for the spa facilities which were excellent, as was the food
Disliked: Sofa was worm and clearly very old, no padding in the seats etc, if you have only visited the restaurant or bar before you would not expect the rooms to look how they are. Also, its 2025 and they do not have aircon in the suites !!!

Liked: We only stayed for a night so didn’t spend much time. We really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, breakfast in the morning was lovely. The room was lovely and spacious. The bar and restaurant area was really well presented, I thought it looked really nice. We didn’t sit outside, but the blue lights at night time were also nice. The views surrounding the hotel were beautiful.

Liked: Super location, facilities and staff.
Disliked: Bedroom terraces need privacy screens. Breakfast only fair for this standard of hotel - no cold meats or cheese, no fresh fruit. Bar food too pretentious- why no simple sandwiches.

Liked: Plenty of parking. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. We ate in the Cove bar in the evening and the food was delicious.We stayed in an executive deluxe room and the views from our balcony were amazing. Would highly recommend stopping here.

Liked: The rooms are gorgeous beds are very comfy. Very clean hotel and staff are very nice. Views are amazing we had a sea view room well worth the extra expense
Disliked: The restaurant is very pricey . The bar area is more popular as food is more reasonable price however they get very busy and full up could do with an extention in the bar . If you want to use the pool between 9am and 5pm it costs 25 pounds each very steep. Free before 9am and after 5pm. They never used to do this charge such a shame
