Liked: Everything. Location, views, atmosphere, friendly staff, cleanliness of hotel and spa.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Liked: Modern, clean, very large rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice food.

Mostly a very pleasant stay...

Liked: Everything was reasonably fresh and spacious. Beautiful views from dining room. Really good continental breakfast. Pleasant walk into Conwy along waterfront. Staff unfailingly friendly and helpful. Cheeseboard excellent.
Disliked: Fried cooked breakfast seemed a bit dried up as if it had been sitting around. Some of evening waiting staff appeared to be inexperienced and easily confused. A more varied menu would have been welcomed; eg daily specials. Desserts were particularly limited. Extractor fan in ensuite was noisy and didn't switch off.

It is a real treat...

Liked: The hotel was classy, and the food delicious. The leisure facilities were great, and extremely clean,as were the beautiful rooms.The staff were warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The position of the hotel was perfect.. next to the marina, with beautiful views from our bedroom window and from restaurant.Looking forward to going to this wonderful hotel again soon!

A perfect way to end...

Liked: Despite being very muddy and unkempt after mountain biking from betws y Coed, we were given a really warm welcome, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we could store our bikes safely for the duration of our stay.
Disliked: Nothing at all- it was all excellent.
