Superb

Liked: The care and attention of the staff for my pregnant wife. Japanese breakfast. The room had both shower and the bathtub, which was quite luxurious.
Disliked: The location is a bit out of the way for most London attractions, but OTOH it's more peaceful than the more central locations, so it's up to you what you value more.

I don’t recommend this hotel...

Liked: The location is very good Room is clean
Disliked: The ceiling was leaking water, the maintenance technician didn’t know why it happened. The manager, was involved and told me they will get back to me whether they will change the room or stop the source of the leak but they have never came back to me .. I can say the receptionist are very kind but without actions ..

Liked: Very clean and comfortable Safe Most of the staff are nice Breakfast restaurant and staff
Disliked: The room flooring is wood and we could here people steps all the time
