Beautifully appointed and unique hotel

Liked: Beautiful and relaxing decor , with very pleasant and helpful staff
Disliked: Extra charge for cooked breakfast when impression was it was included. No big deal but a shame.

Liked: beds are very comfortable! had a really good sleep throughout the whole stay. locaton is just perfect, can get anywhere by foot.
Disliked: the breakfast was really poor for the 5star hotel, nothing to choose from. Was disappointed that I mentioned that i will have birthday the day when we arrived. Just no reaction from the hotel, no greeting card, or something else. This is not appropriate for 5star hotel. as i know what attention should be usually when you celebrate the birthday.

Liked: Overall the hotel is good but the price was little bit over. The issue that happened with me that they didn’t take the deposit in cash and when we take it from the credit card it’s taken 3 times due to system error upon the reception justification
