Liked: We liked the location and the rooms were nicely decorated. Lots of good restaurants nearby and it was walking distance to Hyde Park.
Disliked: The pillows were awful!

Exceptional

Liked: Nice warm greeting upon check in - really made you feel welcome. Staff very helpful with any information we asked for Bar staff and waiting staff always behaved in a professional manner. Location is excellent

Disliked: Didn’t bother us because we were exhausted but the noise may bother some people. The rooms are right above a pub.

Great location, double room good,...

Liked: Room was clean and very comfortable. Great shower. Air conditioner helped as very warm. Lovely huge bed. Nice shower gels etc. very quiet at night.
Disliked: Noisy bar. Staff were ok but not very friendly. Had to wait at the bar to check in. They did allow us to drop our cases off. No lift and so not suitable for disabled or very heavy cases.

Liked: Charming traditional pub downstairs. Wonderful location next to Paddington Station. You can tell that a lot of care went into the design and decor of the rooms. Thoughtful touches throughout. Wonderful fluffy pillows, crisp sheets, large fluffy towels. Dinner downstairs was the best fish and chips I had all vacation!

Stayed for 5 nights, great...

Overall very good based on...

Liked: Room was comfortable, great shower, nice TV able to stream shows, nice toiletries. We also felt safe and appreciated the air conditioning and mini fridge. We were pleased with the room and it seemed clean.
Disliked: Our toilet seat was broken, towel warmer did not seem to work. There is no one onsite to speak to if you have a question, want fresh towels etc. Or if there was someone, it was not pointed out, we felt very much on our own. We were told of an emergency overnight number on the room key card but that was all we were aware of.
