Quiet place close to the...

Liked: The hotel is positioned close to two different metro stations (not even 10 minutes by walking). The area is quiet, no problem in walking by night, nor troubling sounds through the night. Helpful staff always ready to help if needed. Savoury breakfast gave a good variety of options to choose from.
Disliked: The bed adjacent to a wall made uncomfortable for one of the two to move in and out. The room was very small but that is properly specified in the description of the room, even though you are not able to open a suitcase and move through the room at the same time. Additionally, a combination of dust and pollen (the window opens on a green area) made it hard for my partner to properly sleep as she suffer from allergy. Sweet breakfast was lacking in options to chose from.

Nice location, clean , and...

Disliked: We were originally given a room in the basement which we didn’t like , the manager kindly changed us the next morning , pleasantly and efficiently.

Quality place but too small

Liked: Quiet place, solid, so no noise travelled. Has a look of quality, thick carpets, well decorated.
Disliked: The room was very small and the ‘bathroom’ was 1.5m x 1m. The shower was tiny. The room we had was on the first floor with no lift access - tough gig with heavy suitcases.

Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly we arrived early and they allowed us to use one of our room before booking in time .the room were spotless and the beds comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms are tiny the smallest bathroom I ever had in a 4 star hotel.it is fine for one night but could not recommend for a longer stay .

Disliked: Small room first night after complaining they upgraded us to a Clubroom - bigger room with window, free of charge, that was great

Nice clean hotel and good...

Liked: Clean and good location
Disliked: Small rooms but it’s London , if you are on the heavier side you would struggle to get in and out of the shower it’s a very small cubicle and the room is small too .
