The staff get A plus

Liked: The location is good it's Central London close to good restaurants and good shops. And not deep in the heart of the crowded part of London.
Disliked: They have central heating I would have liked to have adjusted my room temperature myself. They did so with the front desk when I requested it.

Liked: The room had a great view and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's located in an elegant neighbourhood, within easy reach of the Tube.
Disliked: The heating unit was adjustable by reception only. While clean, the room was somewhat worn in places.

Liked: Staff always had a smile. They were really friendly and helpful. I had breakfast at the hotel although there are really nice places to go nearby the breakfast had a small but good choice as vegetarian ot was slightly limited although when I asked for soya milk they brought some through immediately. Staff make the place and this was nice.
Disliked: I have stayed in some more recently decorated places nearby, and while the room design was really good I was disappointed not to be able to watch online content through the TV. Which is a mild inconvenience.

Liked: I love this place. I travel solo - sometimes for work, sometimes for pleasure but eitherway this is the hotel I continue to return to. It’s exactly what it says on the tin. Brilliant location. Brilliant staff. A room for me is perfect as I spend most of my time out & about and travelling London. I sleep so well & I love how easy this hotel is to access. I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else as I love nothing hill & I love its location. I feel like a local at this stage & the staff are so kind to me. On my return trip today, Jessie - so nice - upgraded me to a bigger room. The rooms are ‘intimate’ in size….space is not something there is a lot of but for me it is so perfect. As I write this I’m looking out the front window of the hotel, blue skies, beautiful trees & London on my doorstep. I will always return to The Premier for its location, staff, value & it very much fits my needs in every way! ✨✨✨✨✨
Disliked: The rooms are very small space wise. But I’m happy to lose the space for value in other ways: The staff are very nice & the location is very good when I’m travelling on my own. I feel safe 🙏 I’m very grateful to the management & staff for always taking care of me.
