A lovely family resort with...

Liked: The location is superb! It is right off the highway and the resort area is wonderful to walk around. The apartment has everything you need for a family stay including cable, if you need it, and you can purchase logs for the fireplace from the reception. We were lucky to be accommodated in the building across the main one with the swimming pool; the weather was poor and we used this easy access as much as possible. Be sure to bring all the toiletries and food/ingredients for your stay.
Disliked: The furniture and equipment are quite outdated and worn out. The kitchen utilities were enough for a family vacation but the kitchen drawers containing the cutlery were not clean enough. The coffee machine was not washed after the last guests. We had to ask for supplies and the receptionist said this resort is a time-share so they do not have extras and toiletries like those offered in hotels. Also, for firstcomers, there is no guidance about how to find the main building after dark and after 6 pm when the reception closes. It took us a lot of driving around the resorts at the same address to stumble upon it in the cold winter weather. The instructions should include a Google Maps pin of the main building to make it easy for late check-in guests. There is a mailbox with envelopes containing electronic keys for later check-ins and a third-party customer service number to call if any issues arise but the latter should be available on the booking.com page as well. Lastly, the time-share sales team called me a few times to follow up with me even though I explicitly declined to discuss their offers. There should be an option to register your interest at check-in and settle this matter once and for all.

Liked: Everything was nice. . I like that there was a kitchen, as someone who cooks her own food, that was convenient. The staff were nice. Sarah was really sweet, she tried to get the TV going with me the first night. The manager Paul allowed me to check out a bit later as I have a chronic illness, but its also because they weren't busy.
Disliked: The grounds could use a little work. The internet was not always available. The TV channels are basic. I really don't like the check in and check out hours. 10 To check out, 4 to check in. Thats a loss of a day.

Had a blast - plenty...

Liked: I love the property and the value. The staff is very helpful! The room was a little must this time and not as fresh looking. I would have preferred a better room - some of the furniture and bathrooms needs updating. But we always come there - we love it! It's so pretty, spacious, they have an indoor pool and a big lodge-like room, so clsoe to the moutains and attractions.
Disliked: Baths, furnitue and rugs could use some upgrading :-)
