Liked: Great location right opposite the ocean. Rooms good size most furniture quite comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit aged with some loose floor tiles in main hallway and the water pressure in the main shower was actually very low.

Liked: Location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. View was amazing. Set up of the unit was good.
Disliked: Lack of equipment (eg storage containers) in the kitchen, knives were blunt and unclean. Fridge needs replacing, very noisy and smelly. Kitchen cupboards were not clean and had ants. An unknown stranger just walked into the yard to put the sprinkler on with no consultation. The yard was overgrown, needed to be mowed. Lack of privacy for that unit, could have some privacy screens.

Liked: The Point was on point. Location was handy to everything, could not fault accommodation at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless. We travel a bit and this place was everything we hoped for. A little bit pricey but will certainly be staying there again.
Disliked: The only thing is it's a little bit pricey compared to other places.
