Liked: Great location and service was exceptional.
Disliked: The food does not meet the levels of the service or the expectations for the property. It is basic, overpriced, and rarely at temperature.

Exceptional

Liked: We were upgraded because we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. It was a fantastic experience.
Disliked: The only big problem we have is we were charged double and Booking.com and the Plaza hotel can't settle thex issue. It's been more than a month now and I am owed $ 5000. This is not acceptable. It's a pity because the stay was perfect.

Quality stay and felt like...

Liked: The quality of everything was exceptional. From the moment we pulled up to the front door with the doorman taking our bags to the front desk clerk who even sent up a piece of cake to wish us happy birthday to the comfortable beds and amazing food from room service. Such a treat and will save our penny’s up to come back.
Disliked: Only downfall was no pool
