I arrived at 12:15 am, after a 12 hour work day, and had to wait 30 minutes. After 15 minutes a large group walked in and instead of fixing my issue, they made me wait while they took care of them. They had a system glitch and could never make me a room key, so they eventually the just let me in my room without a key, so I could not leave my room to do anything including my usual morning workout. They also told me someone would bring me a key, so I waited up another hour, until about 1:45 am, and no one ever showed up or contacted me. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was dirty. The valet service the next day was really nice and quick. Overall, I only got a few hours of sleep before my business meeting early morning and wasted the money to drive up the night before.

Liked: Valet workers were very quick and pleasant; bed was comfortable.
Disliked: My check in took 30 minutes when I arrived at 12:15 am because they had an issue with their system; could not figure out how to make a key to my room - instead of just addressing the issue they took a large group of people in front of me and made me wait. They never ended up making me a key and I could not leave my room to do my usual work out routine, and the bathroom was dirty.

We will be going back to the theater but will find a new hotel to stay at. Very disappointed.

Liked: The hotel was pretty.
Disliked: Room next to us had a dog that barked half the night; there were kids running the hall - looked like cheerleaders. To top it all off the cleaning service knocked on our door at 9:04am to see when we were leaving.

We went to Columbus for our anniversary trip to attend a concert. The only good part of the hotel was the van driver who took us to the concert. They said we got a free upgrade on our room. There was a hole in the counter where the fridge was supposed to be - what an upgrade! I'll think twice before booking here again.

Disliked: Hole in the cabinet; carpet was dirty; no free wi-fi; no snack machines.
