Liked: Quick check in which included a bottle of water and there are still and sparkling water dispensers in the lobby to refill. Nice touch.Our room was ready 45 minutes early.We had a 'Large' room - for a couple you wouldn't want to go smaller. Efficient use of space but not really large in the true sense ;)Excellent breakfast, outside on the balcony, avocado and poached eggs on toast. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Our room was hot (but it was a heatwave!). We had a fan, but too noisy to sleep with it on. Bathroom tiny but functional.

Comfortable and convenient - excellent...

Liked: I’ve stayed here a few times and I love it. Love the vibe.It’s clean comfortable, very helpful and friendly staff who are calm. Excellent breakfast! I love the little pantry with the herbal teas. Its great!
Disliked: Everything was great - one suggestion is maybe to have an extra hook on the wall for the hand towel because the one hanging keeps coming off.

Liked: The location, right near Paddington station was excellent.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning and it was very hot. My daughter and her partner found it hard to sleep. We expected air conditioning in a 4 star property.
