Liked: It was, as usual, a fabulous place to stay. The staff are wonderful, our room was a dream, so comfortable! Highly recommended!
Disliked: I was a little disappointed to find no hot breakfast facility, just a coffee shop. Having to queue with people who popped in off the street felt bizarre…

Good

Liked: Mostly good. Location fantastic, staff lovely and responsive. Room cleaning good. Excellent air conditioning, as we visited during heatwave.
Disliked: Need to stock the tea, milk etc had to go ask for tea bags.No conditioner in the conditioner bottle, not great when you are in the shower and realise there is no hair conditioner.

Basically excellent bar the air-con...

Liked: Room/bathroom was modern but very compact (as you might expect for a city centre hotel). Location in Shaftsbury Avenue couldn't have been more central - superb ! Staff very helpful.
Disliked: The air-con in the bedroom was not very effective (we stayed during a heat wave).

Exceptional

Liked: Perfect hotel! Located right in the city center, yet very quiet. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, and cafés. The hotel exceeded all expectations — it was bigger and even better than in the photos. The staff were extremely helpful with recommendations and storing our luggage.

Liked: The location is perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco which was really welcome in the heat.
Disliked: I was surprised that I had to ask for supplies such as water, milk,and coffee that weren't renewed when housekeeping made the bed.While the pastries served were delicious, I really missed the cooked options.
