Perfect location

Liked: Wonderful location, staff extremely helpful and friendly, gym was good, really quiet for the most part in the night despite being in the heart of everything
Disliked: Not the property issue per se, but it was exceptionally hot weather wise in London and the air con could’ve been a little cooler but stay overall was extremely pleasant

Wow! A wonderful hotel!

Liked: The staff in this stunning hotel made our anniversary very special, rose petals, complimentary truffles and a bottle of prosecco .We stayed in the four poster room and it was spotless, comfortable and modern. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. We will certainly be returning.The location is perfect! Thank you so much to the amazing staff!

Great location, amazing customer service....

Liked: We travelled by train to Euston station and took the Northern Line underground line through to Leicester Square station. This was only 4 stops and super quick. Hotel was only 5 mins walk from station. Excellent location for so much especially if going the theatre. Service from reception staff especially Wictoria was amazing and so welcoming . They made our anniversary celebration special. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast in Gail’s bakery next door was lovely too. Room was spotless everything was shining. We will definitely return to this hotel.
Disliked: There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. It was just the amenities like the sauna and jacuzzi were out of order during our stay.
