Lovely nights stay for a...

Liked: Staff were lovely, clearly well-trained, and nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean, and location was perfect for west-end shows. Breakfast was good, and well attended. 45 minutes, for us, was plenty of time.
Disliked: Bathroom was quite small, and window hardly opened but understandable reasoning for the latter.

Liked: Amazing customer service from a exceptional team who went above and beyond to meet my needs to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Beautiful clean rooms , fabulous breakfast . Special mention for Doina,Slav, Dusont and whole team .

Liked: The location of the hotel for my needs The staff were very curtious and always there if needed anybodyThe breakfast facility was outstanding and the staff were attentive
Disliked: The only thing I found not to my liking for my personal choice was the beds I found uncomfortable

Absolutely Fantastic

Liked: Everything from start to finish was excellent. The staff were amazing. It is very close to theatres restaurants China town. Soho Covent garden etc. . It's the best hotel I have stayed in and will definitely be going there again.
Disliked: No negative comments at all.
