Why Concert-goers love it

You’re just steps from major West End venues, theatres, cinemas, and late-night bars, making it easy to get to and from your gig on foot. The hotel’s soundproofed rooms offer a peaceful night’s sleep after a loud, energetic show, and the 24-hour front desk is ideal for late returns. With a generous 12:00 PM check-out and central location, you can sleep in and still make it to brunch—or your train—on time.

Nightlife Options

With your location on Shaftesbury Avenue, you’re in the heart of London’s entertainment scene—expect live music bars, cocktail lounges, and buzzing pubs within a few minutes’ walk. While the hotel itself doesn’t host live music, its quiet, upscale atmosphere provides a welcome contrast to the surrounding nightlife.

Convenient location

Liked: Due to the lack of facilities available, we were given complimentary breakfasts and they brought a bottle of bubbly for my son's birthday to the room. The staff were very apologetic and helpful.
Disliked: On check in we were told that the breakfast wasn't included - even though it was a very expensive hotel. We were then told the spa was not available! I had booked the spa hotel especially.

Excellent location and wonderful staff

Liked: Very central & lovely location. Noise wasn’t too bad considering the central location, however if you are a light sleeper I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Every staff member we encountered on reception were so friendly and welcoming, will definitely be back.
Disliked: As it is a noisy street it would be great if ear plugs were provided however not an issue for me personally as I bought some nearby. I do wish the lights were a little brighter in the bedroom (bathroom was good). A second lock would have also made me more comfortable however we didn’t have any negative issues in that regard but it would have been great peace of mind for us as female travellers.

Overall fairly good but some...

Liked: Location was good and most of staff were nice
Disliked: Unfortunately the spa area was closed during our stay which we were not advised of until after we had attempted to book a slot for it.One evening asked for a recommendation from staff about where to go for a meal but was met by bluntness from the member of staff who seemed disinterested and as if they just wanted to get rid of us asap
