Excellent location and staff; rooms...

Liked: The staff are great and friendly. The location is perfect and right in the heart of Broadbeach. Quick walk to the Convention Centre.
Disliked: The room was very outdated and was dirty. Not about the cleaners not cleaning them, but overall. The couch, cushions, carpet was all stained. The room had an awful smell from the carpets, like it was very old and musty. We had to keep all the balcony doors open and fans blasting. The sofa bed was run down, so we didn’t use it. And the bed was very uncomfortable. It’s a decent place but needs a freshen up.
