Shocking nights sleep in a...

Liked: The only good thing about this bnb is the location( it was close to where we needed to be) and the lovely young lady who served breakfast sat morning.
Disliked: The rooms were shocking, they were tiny. The mattress was all springs and it sloped as it was that old. The room was far from clean, same with the bedding. Myself and my husband both came home with bites. We ended up leaving a day early as neither of us could bare to sleep another night in that bed. I’ve stayed in cheaper bnbs that were better than this. Owner has little to no interaction with guests. I don’t understand the good reviews, we were a party of 6 so 3 rooms and no room was decent. My friends bed base was missing all its sides. Never again!!

Liked: Did not like my first room,bed was to small and I could hardly fit in the shower,but the owner changed me the next day to a bigger room without any extra charge so overall was very happy with my stay
Disliked: Size of single room for a broad man

Dont waste your money!!

Liked: It was a good location, close to where we wanted to be.
Disliked: The bed was a divan that only had half of a base, the other half was only frame, I honestly expected to end up on the floor, the mattress was all springs with no padding at all!Breakfast was cold coffee with no options for a refill with a cooked breakfast that consisted of 1 mushroom, 1 bacon, half a tomato, 1 sausage hash brown and beans, when i asked if there was anymore mushrooms i was told no because they were limited...for the £130 i paid I expected a lot more. For all the years i have been visiting Blackpool this is by far the most expensive room with the least value for money. The staff were rude with little to no interaction or communication up to me complaining.

Liked: The location was great for what we wanted to do
Disliked: The beds are extremely uncomfortable, made up of 2 different bases, mattress was just springs on the base board so not great, breakfast was worst iv had in blackpool, not enough coffee made and no one to make anymore, the juice is squash, just didnt have a great experience here

Liked: The staff were very friendly and approachable and the room was a good size
Disliked: The TV was high up on top of the wardrobe cupboard and the remote didn't work unless you put it really high up. The signal was really poor and we only got BBc1 and ITV.Also on our first morning, we went down to a full English made up for all 3 of us (including 2x children, one of who is autistic and has sensory needs) without being asked what we wanted. I asked for tomatoes on toast and was told "but we've already made your breakfast". The plates were smothered in beans which none of us like so the children refused to touch theirs and I ate around them. Maybe just ask what people want. I appreciate the offer but had we been vegetarian we would have been overfaced presented with a plate full of meat.
