Exceptional

Unprofessional and dirty at Forum...

Liked: If I would have stayed there like I reserved then it would have been great I’m sure
Disliked: They changed my reservation to a different motel without even reaching out. At Forum where they moved me to the bathroom was dirty and very dusty and there was trash on the floor from previous occupants. Unacceptable.

Great place to stay and...

Liked: The location was perfect, so close to boardwalk and places to eat nearby. Place was clean. The bathrooms were newer, big vanity/mirror, roomy shower with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser attached to shower wall. Plenty of towels provided. Two queen beds were comfortable with 3 pillows on each bed.
Disliked: Small things that need to be updated and will probably be changed as they make renovations—door lock, curtains, carpet, and outdoor shower area.

Horrible hotel

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Pool had black mold all along edges where all the paint had chipped off … a/c did not cool room.. poor internet connection.. uncomfortable beds.. no beach tags, iron or hair dryer … rude staff .. lots of loud teens with no parents .. STAY AWAY!!!

Deflated excitement, not enjoyable at...

Liked: Location and the bathroom was nicely updated
Disliked: The paper thin walls and enormous gaps under adjoining room doors made it not private at all.When I asked about a different room the manager was rude and yelled at me, “good luck finding somewhere else to stay.”NEVER RENT the queen rooms, only the king ones have solid walls.

Worst decision we made in...

Liked: The restaurant was closed the entire stay

Overall was good!

Liked: That it was close to beach, had pool and breakfast area.

Needed an affordable overnight option...

Liked: Location. Staff. Pool.
Disliked: They are in the process of rebranding the hotel, so some of the newer parts - room bathrooms, lobby - show signs of the future modifications, however, there are still quite a few things that need updating (rooms, beds, old fashioned key entry to rooms, doors to room, walkways, railings) - but I know these are all being addressed with the remodel.

Very good

Liked: The bathroom/shower was amazing. The room was nice. The staff were kind. Kids loved the pool. It was after pool hours, but, they allowed my 1.5 year old and I stay as we were quiet and she loved just standing in the little end.
Disliked: The paperwork said we could have multiple cars with an extra charge, but the front desk only allowed one car per room. There was a gross, slippery puddle in the pool area. They put a kind of mat over it, but it didn't help too much. It was right in front of the steps to get into the pool, so hard to avoid.
