Disliked: My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, the level of service was below expectations. The reception staff were not welcoming, and the housekeeping service did not meet basic standards of cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned, the bedding was arranged carelessly, and overall hygiene needs significant improvement. I hope management takes these issues seriously, as the hotel has potential but currently fails to deliver a comfortable guest experience.

Disliked: I was very disappointed upon checking into my room at The Park Tower in London, only to find it filled with a strong smell of smoke. I immediately requested a room change, but was told the hotel was fully booked. I then spoke with the manager, who offered to move me to another room—but still on the same floor, which is designated for smoking rooms. So where is the solution?In addition, I was asked to wait in the hotel lobby while they try to find an alternative room, even though my check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00 PM—and that time has already passed. This whole experience has been frustrating and far below the standard I expected from a hotel of this level. Very disappointing service.My experience at The Park Tower London was utterly unacceptable. The room service was shockingly poor, and the bed was in such bad condition that I was forced to sleep on the floor because the mattress and pillows were unbearable. When I raised my concerns with the manager, I expected action, but instead, I received nothing but meaningless responses and no real effort to address the problem. For a hotel that claims to be luxury, this was a disgrace. I will never return and cannot recommend it to anyone.Room 321

Great Location , old furniture...

Disliked: Old furniture small beds , a lot of broken items , toilet mirror was broken the lock of the door had issues , the doors require to be renewed , also the bathroom had issues , was maintained few times , calling for assistance after 11 is difficult to get the call answered .
