Do not book here unless you like run down dirty motels.
Disliked: Very bad area - cheap, seedy motel that rents by the week at cheap rates; questionable people walking around outside that made my wife too nervous to walk to the car alone. There was gunk on the lamp shape next to the bed and on the wall. We went and bought a blanket and pillows and slept on top of the bed it was so bad. Top it off there was no coffee anywhere.

Horrible smell, terrible beds, broken...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room smells SO BAD.!.!!. Felt like I was sleeping in an Indian restaurants kitchen. Horrible greasy smell. Bed felt like they were made out of cardboard. Horribly uncomfortable and insanely noisy. And the worst part, the AC doesn’t work. Room was boiling all night long. You couldn’t give me a free room here.

Liked: The motel is near where my family lives. Next door is a restaurant, liquor store, and laundromat. The staff was friendly and helpful..
Disliked: Sometimes their wasn't a lot of hot water to complete, taking a shower.

DON'T STAY HERE

Disliked: This was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a hotel. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. When I asked if they had an email where I could send a formal complaint, I was told that the "owner" does not take complaints and that hotels "don’t take complaints" at all. Instead, I was told to explain my issue to the person on the phone, and they would "see what they could do." That response makes no sense—any legitimate business should have a proper way to address customer concerns.I understand that this is not a luxury hotel, and sometimes you have to go with what you can afford. However, basic customer service should be expected at any establishment, regardless of its status. No guest should ever be treated with disrespect.To make matters worse, after trying to speak politely and reasonably, I was insulted and called a "stupid dumbass" and a "f***ing dumbass" by the staff member. I never once used foul language or spoke disrespectfully to them, yet I was treated with complete disregard.I strongly advise against booking this place unless you want to be treated poorly. There are plenty of other options where customer service is actually valued.

Disliked: Heater didn't work, no remote for t.v. had to wait an hour fkr it One cover. Froze my ass off.
