Very disappointed with hotel staff...

Liked: Not a lot arrived for Xmas day dinner and stay hardly any staff to show you to your table or room
Disliked: Hotel room was freezing cold asked to move to a warmer room which did eventually happen but lack of staff made this difficult

Ok for short term budget...

Liked: Plenty of parking, reasonable price, friendly receptionists.
Disliked: Food quality was poor. Staff delivering room service and at breakfast were not very friendly. No lift for upper floor.

Liked: The roomsThe songThe poolThe gymn area
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that they do not give water to drink. You buy one bottle of water for close to 3 pounds. That's heavy to be honest for less than 300mlTheir breakfast was not buffet as earlier mentioned

Comfortable modern bar area and...

Liked: It's a lovely hotel in a quiet area. But the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate bit of confusion plus no staff knocked on doors if deaf person wouldn't hear alarm so they need look at fire safety.
Disliked: stayed with my dog but the breakfast buffet was in a seperate room made it a bit difficult to enjoy as my dog got anxious as she couldn't see me.
