Can't praise this place enough. We arrived and were greeted by a lovely receptionist - very polite and very helpful, Maxxy couldn't have done enough. The room was very spacious and comfortable and had all the things in the room that was advertised. Overall just a wonderful place to stay, wish I could have stayed longer.

Fantastic, comfortable but horribly noisy...

Liked: It was a great, clean comfortable hotel which felt quite luxurious
Disliked: We were staying in room 31 which is clearly underneath/next to a washing machine that shook the whole bathroom at 5 am in the morning. I have a recording of it. There was another wash at around 8.30 am too but unlike the 5 am one, it didn’t wake me up

Best Hotel in Nottingham

Liked: Absolutely beautiful Hotel, very clean, room was spacious. Beds were dreamy best nights sleep in a long time. Staff were so friendly and professional both on reception and in the dining room. The breakfast was delicious. Restraunst staff were 10/10
Disliked: The only minus was no hairdryer in the room, so I didn't take mine. Not that big a deal just meant I had to go Au natural and let the curls go wild.
