Can't praise this place enough. We arrived and were greeted by a lovely receptionist - very polite and very helpful, Maxxy couldn't have done enough. The room was very spacious and comfortable and had all the things in the room that was advertised. Overall just a wonderful place to stay, wish I could have stayed longer.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Courtney helped us with the QR code for parking registration too. Evening meal superb quality. Overall great stay and location for our son's graduation.
Disliked: There was nothing I could complain about.

Good breakfast, dirty rooms

Liked: Spacious rooms, good breakfast choices.
Disliked: The housekeeping is not especially considerate of cleaning the rooms. It were perfect, if they took their job seriously.

Superb

Liked: I stayed at the Orchard for a scientific meeting at the nearby conference centre. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
