Good hotel

Liked: The location was excellent. The hotel is just a short walk from Paddington Station. There are a lot of places to shop and eat close by. I liked the breakfasts, where they had lots of options. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The room was on the top floor. There was no lift, so it was difficult taking my bags up the 5 flights of stairs. The room was fine, except for it being stuffy, admittedly during a heatwave. The bathroom was tiny, but manageable.

Liked: I happened to be on the ground floor, which was a bonus because there's no lift. Great room and very close to Paddington Station.

Definitely not a good value...

Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The breakfast was very limited, with hardly any variety or options. There wasn’t even a toaster available — instead, they would just ask if you wanted slices of bread, which felt quite basic. The room itself was extremely small, barely enough space to move around comfortably. To make matters worse, there was only 2 towels provided, which is simply not enough for two people. Given the price we paid, we expected much better conditions. Overall, not a good value for money.

Liked: Clean and tidy close to central London and train station.
Disliked: The property was very comfortable and customer service was good.

Liked: Good price. 4 minute walk to Paddington
Disliked: Walk up without elevator.
