Great place to stay

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing and travel in and out of Paddington. Reception staff also very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic

pleasant stay, excellent location

Liked: excellent location off a quiet street, rooms were clean and comfortable. staff was friendly.
Disliked: Replace the older windows! The wind was very noisy and was difficult to sleep. also the bathroom needs some upgrading.

Liked: Very convenient to the station, underground and restaurants. Very clean and breakfast staff were incredible. Also easy to walk to nearby attractions.
Disliked: The shower head didnt stay up so showering was a challenge. Breakfast was reasonable but nothing hot and reception staff could be a bit more friendly.

Disliked: They don’t have any lift only stairs and the breakfast time is REALLY short only from 7-9am.

Liked: Location was spot on for ease of travelling, Parking was a bonus,Staff very helpful,Clean and tidy hotel.
Disliked: The windows even tho looked very nice and traditional they did not help to stop the noise from the outside so did effect sleeping.
