Wonderful , peaceful hotel in...

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful; lovely fresh buffet with cooked to order hot food. Menu selection was extensive, with options to have several 'small plates' rather than main meals.

Don’t waste your money

Liked: Good location in the pretty town of Beaminster.
Disliked: Poorly maintained property with basic rooms that overlook the car park and some sort of factory. Shabby furnishings and bed linen, room too hot but if the windows were opened you got cooking smells from the kitchen and the sound of a very noisy extractor. All this for the princely sum of £270 for a one night stay. Dinner was ok but menu very expensive and breakfast, well look at the picture below. Says it all. No manager in sight to complain to and the owner has not replied to my emails.

Liked: A very comfortable hotel in the lovely village of Beaminster,Dorset. It suited our business needs being very close to Mapperton Hall.
