Delighted with our stay at...

Liked: Beautiful central location, staff were excellent, beautiful room.
Disliked: Was a little hot at night and ac was too noisy to keep on

Beautiful accommodation in great location

Liked: Amazing location and beautiful accommodation. Room had everything you could want and more! Beds so comfortable too. Food in the bar/restaurant for dinner was very good too and the staff were great.
Disliked: Breakfast left us underwhelmed - undercooked sausage and overcooked hash browns.

Beautiful city and lovely place...

Liked: Perfect position next door to the town and the cathedral.
Disliked: Hotel parking was problematic

What a beautiful and historic...

Liked: Wonderful food, like the duck confit, sea bass and salmon. Great breakfasts including items like traditional English breakfast and avocado toast. We stayed in the annex which was a unique apartment with a kitchen and laundry. It was very pleasant and a nice place to spend time.
Disliked: It was all perfect.

Disliked: No dedicated checkin you queue behind pub bar customers Complicated back door entry with codes Parking is awkward timings and access due to the location The room has the smallest bottle of toiletries for hair wash and conditioner The price for a night is excessive for the quality of the accommodation

Liked: The location was great walking distance to all amenities and the splendid cathedral
Disliked: The dustmen emptying bins very early around 5am on Tuesday morning

Lovely one-night stay!

Liked: We stayed for just one night but thoroughly enjoyed both our stay and the beautiful city. The experience was very pleasant — the staff were warm and welcoming, everything was clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. Stepping outside, we found ourselves right in the heart of stunning Winchester. The cathedral is just across the street, set on a charming square lined with linden trees. A short stay, but truly memorable
Disliked: Parking was arranged for us in a private parking box nearby — a bit narrow and tight, but we were very grateful to be able to park so close to the hotel.As you might expect from such a central location, there was some noise from outside early in the evening. However, the hotel had thoughtfully provided earplugs in the bathroom, which helped reduce the sound — and by 11 PM, it was quiet. Not a complaint, just something to be aware of when staying in the city centre.
