Liked: Great location, lovely rooms. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: We initially had a room that was very noisy (next to reception) but did get moved to a quieter room as soon as we asked.

Ideal location, lovely building, good...

Liked: Ideal location, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: We were very suspicious when we found ear plugs on our pillows. We realised why when the club opposite played loud music with lots of shouting from youths on Saturday night. Impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. We'd requested for a quiet room and also that we had a sea view. Confirmed by email. We ended up with a room facing a building with said bar and a bit of a river view. For GBP 200 per night we expected better. My guess a certain member of staff took umbrage to my comments about parking and gave us the worst room possible. She seemed content the next morning. Be aware the car park is 10 minutes walk away, usually full. There is a an overspill car park 100m further out of the village - also usually full, but if you wait a space will open up.

Disliked: Very nosey as room was right by reception. The 7am staff arrival woke us up.

A very pleasant stay

Liked: Great location, modern bedroom, great food, great service
Disliked: No parking, added to the cost of our stay. More bottles of tap water needed (one not enough)

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Great position looking over the beach. The fact there was a lighter cover instead of having to use a doona. The breakfast that was included… good variety. The restaurant and beer garden.
Disliked: Not as clean as it could have been.
