Liked: Good for a night(s) stay - convenient location for a family wedding taking place near by. Easy to get to and the room was clean & spacious. Check-in was easy and the bed was comfortable.

Great Location!

Liked: We visited for a wedding at Grange Barn so the location was perfect, just a short taxi ride to and from. The rooms were spacious and unique, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay!

Liked: The location was the only good thing
Disliked: The toilet didn't flush, they had written a note saying that and the jacuzzi aspect of the bath weren't working. The shower head didn't stay up, so ended up having to kneel down to wash. They didn't supply a duvet? Only a small blanket that didn't cover 2 adults. The pictures didn't show the bathroom, it was in the loft? The steps were really steep which you hit your head on going up and down. They had wallpaper along the bath which has obviously got wet and is pealing away from the wall. There were stains all on the carpets, the walls hadn't been wiped. The fridge wasn't on and leaked on the floor

Quick / easy / simple...

Liked: Use of tech (email/SMS) to inform that room was ready etc.
Disliked: Confused by the use of code using the panel on the hotel room door. As a first time visitor, was not aware of this way of accessing the room. Lighting in the corridor very dim not helping either. Fortunately another guest was on hand to steer me right and all was ok after this.
