Liked: I thoroughly recommend this hotel, its the first time I've stayed in this particular hotel and I was pleasantly supprissed. On the evening I ate at the Thai restaurant and the food was amazing. All staff were pleasant and attentive.

Friendly, clean, enjoyable

Liked: SUPER HOTEL!!!! I was greeted by Bee and Michael, lovely friendly couple. Clean room with everything I needed, good tv, bathroom and all the facilities you would expect with an establishment like this. Will be back soon and I recommend to anyone staying in Whitchurch!

Liked: We pulled up to the hotel and were relieved to have free on-site parking. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The hotel is located next to a lovely open park and is in an ideal area. The town and all the shops, pubs and restaurants were in the immediate vercinity which was really handy.

Disliked: I hate to complain. I understand well how every host must try to cater for all guests from the sympathetic to the belligerent. However some things cannot be overlooked:When I said there was no hot water in the room I was told to turn on the sink tap and the shower. There remained no hot water. When I said there was no TV remote thus no working TV I was told there was a remote in the room . There wasnt a remote in the room.It appeared the external door to the accommodation remained unlocked all night. There was no sink plug. The pillows were very hard.Perhaps the host would like to recompense for the failure to supply at least two of the stated facilities ?Sam LowingsStay 8 August 2025

Superb

Uncomfortable, noisy and expensive for...

Liked: Reasonable range of facilities e.g. fridge, complimentary bottles of water, basic toiletries and decent towels
Disliked: Really noisy, a very small, hot room with the most uncomfortable bed

Ideal accomodation in every way.

Liked: Very interesting building, and luxuriously appointed. Excellent position next to a park but close enough for shopping, facilities etc. The Thai restaurant is a wonderful bonus!
Disliked: Nothing.
