Disliked: No hot water in shower , room small , droning noise constantly until around 1am

Disliked: Room/bathroom area smelt of slight damp due to what I think is lack of ventilation

Liked: Very clean and the food in the restaurant was lovely also staff in restaurant was lovely and bed was very comfy nice location not far for the town
Disliked: It was a little confusing how we got in and what room was our the hotel should have sent a message and they didn’t and took a while to find someone the explain it properly to us Didn’t have a hair dryer or iron in our room and very minimal washing products

Liked: I enjoyed the Thai Food in the Restaurant below.
Disliked: There were cobwebs around the window and the door handle on my door was falling off. The facilities were old fashioned: the shower flooded the bathroom area, leaving you standing in a puddle.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean room, great location and good food in Thai vintage restaurant. I truly recommend this place and will be back soon

Disappointing

Liked: Really central location, good car park facilities.The room was spotless but there was an awful musky/damp smell. At times it woke me up in the night with how bad it was.
Disliked: The corridor and room smelt damp/musky and it was very overwhelming. There was no access code for the front door so anyone could have walked in.

Disliked: Was abit dark in the room, and shower needs updating, and drains need looking at, possibly cleaning out
