It was the perfect place...

Liked: Bedding - clean and fresh.Obliging staff.
Disliked: The decoration and furniture. But am aware it would cost a lot to update it.

The room wasn’t pleasant to...

Liked: The staff were very friendly. We didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was making gurgling noises all night which kept us awake! and the room really needs a refresh as very tired looking. The carpet is quite badly stained and frayed. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly. No wardrobe to hang clothes just a hook on the wall.

Lovely staff!

Liked: The staff was lovely and always helpful, every single one of them! The room was cosy and the bed comfortable.The location was great and breakfast was just right! Unfortunately had to skip their dinner as I had plans, but it looked delicious.
Disliked: The rooms need a little TLC, with some dampness and old accessories. There was also a constant noise throughout the night, I assume it was the plumbing system. But all together it was a pleasant stay!

Pleasant staff, nice food but...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and supplies with fresh towels and soap. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The curtains were a bit tricky to close, the toilet didn't flush very well, the water flow in the shower was slow and changed temperature. When I closed the bathroom door, I thought I was stuck in the bathroom; the door got rather stuck.

Disliked: The room off the courtyard has a bathroom with no window and obviously is an old building but the musty smell of the bathroom was difficult for my daughter who has asthma.
