Second stay at The Old Bell

Liked: Our second stay at The Od Bell and it really is the staff that make it an enjoyable stay. They are all friendly and helpful. We needed to check out early on Monday morning and they organised sandwiches and fruit for our journey as we needed to leave before breakfast.We did have the cooked breakfast on the Sunday which was delicious.Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Significant hole in the bedroom wall where a tv had previously been. Just needs filling in and repainting.

Liked: Our second stay at The Od Bell and it really is the staff that make it an enjoyable stay. They are all friendly and helpful. Great potential let down by poor customer service in bar area

Liked: Location, comfort, cleanliness
Disliked: Customer service- Bar Staff were disorganised. Found one person was quite unhelpful. Food was good quality but kitchen closed early. I ended up eating in the bath inn across the road where food was available even later in the evening and staff were always friendly and helpful.

Mary Poppins would love it, practically perfect in every way!

Liked: Everything amazing as usual, love the Thai food, beautifully presented and such good prices. The staff are all amazing and so friendly like home from home. Lovely full English breakfast not at all greasy and obviously quality ingredients. I am allergic to dairy and this was catered for perfectly. We are in Warminster frequently and already looking to our next visit.
Disliked: Not the fault of hotel at all but our fault for not asking for a room overlooking the courtyard as we were over the road and had rubbish collection early morning so noisy! Only other minor issue we would prefer not to have service charge included in the restaurant and would like to tip as we see fit (you would have had more money!)
