Very good value & overall...

Liked: It was for my mother & father in law. They said staff were all lovely & they had complimentary drinks when they couldn't access room in time (nice touch). Only negatives were slightly unclean in common areas- breakfast room mentioned- & quite noisy throughout the night time. But they appreciate you can't always control other guests.
Disliked: As above.

Convenient location at a reasonable...

Liked: Ideal for closeness to Oulton Park.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: Allowed us late check in, and let us have a late self-check out too. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast included.
Disliked: Suggestion: put a bell by the restaurant for breakfast as some guests were waiting a while before the friendly chef appeared.
