A great stay, would definitely...

Liked: Great place to stay. Well located, quiet, comfortable and large room and bed, staff are polite, interested and helpful. Main issue was that wifi was intermittently not working in my room due to a poor signal.

Liked: It was located in a quiet area that was away from the city center but close enough that we could walk to restaurants and the metro. It was also visually appealing and clean- minus the cockroaches that randomly appeared in the bathroom.
Disliked: The communication about their garage being closed was no where to be found on their website. They posted it would be open after renovations on January 1, 2024. We arrived in April and it was closed. They also did not have any type of air on for our room.

Liked: The bathroom is very nice and big. The king size bed is also very comfortable.
Disliked: There were many students staying at the hotel and they were noisy.

Overall, worked great for us.

Liked: Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful! Neighborhood well above average. Happy hour was a nice treat. Lots of close restaurants.
Disliked: Heat to the building was permanently turned off, but staff did not make that clear until we asked why our heater only blew cold air. Wi-Fi terrible - almost a deal breaker.

Comfortable, friendly & down to...

Liked: Hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, a short walk to nearest metro & to Adams Morgan area. Breakfast selection in this hotel may be limited for choice for some people, but to me it was fine. The wine & cheese hour (between 5&6pm) is a nice touch for the guests & the wines on offer were good enough.
Disliked: Furnishings in my room needed updating; i.e. curtains (could only have 1 open, the other was broken), a stained & faded pink (?) upholstered chair (I would dump that straightaway) & big bathroom mirror had a huge crack in it. Shame, because apart from these it was a spacious & comfortable room, with a good sized fridge & wardrobe.
