The New Yorker Hotel by Lotte Hotels

We ate at the hotel restaurant. The bed was comfortable. The room was a nice size and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We valet parked our car and it was taken good care of. We would stay at the Wyndham again.

It's a very old hotel but it is in a fantastic location for Manhattan. The price is exceptional for a NYC hotel and it is a clean, safe place to stay. Rooms were a little small but wouldn't stop me from staying again. Friendly staff.

Convenient location with exceptionally well-trained...

Liked: I enjoyed the fact we got upgraded to a room with two queen-sized beds since it was our first time staying there—that was really nice. I also appreciated the fact that there was a Starbucks in the lobby and that the security was tight throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the cleaning crew was very, very nice and thoughtful. The man running the Starbucks counter was very nice also.
Disliked: I didn't like the service at the Italian restaurant, something Travolla? The older gentleman was a little mean and took a long time serving us. The bread was NOT edible and definitely sat on the shelf for a while. I also thought the cleanliness of our bathroom definitely could've been improved. There was hair in our shower coming from the knobs and the vent above.
