Liked: The beds were comfy
Disliked: It was very hot in the room even with the windows open . No aircon only heat.

Liked: for a coach party hotel the facilities and food was better than expected and entertainment was a nice honus
Disliked: room was a little dated but other than that all good

Disliked: Not enough plug sockets in room especially none next to bed.

Jacket went missing

Liked: Location. Staff seemed very friendly.
Disliked: Shower tray overflowed pretty quicky. I left a jacket in the room and when I contacted the hotel to try and get it back, they said it was not there and it wasn't handed in. It was left hung on the wardrobe door. Asked if they could check on CCTV but they didn't have it on that floor. No real solution offered other than "it's just not here". The jacket was a birthday present. Very disappointed. It was DEFINITELY left on the room

The place to stay

Liked: We have stayed here a few times before and would go back again. We would consider going by coach but they no longer pick up in our area.
Disliked: Tinned tomatoes at breakfast, no fresh fruit and no separate jars/packets for the jam and marmalade it was just in a bowl for everyone to dive in and we would prefer waiter service than a buffet breakfast.
