Exceptionally elegant

Liked: The staff were outstanding in every aspect! They were truly rays of sunshine and treated my two yorkies like princesses, it was absolutely amazing.
Disliked: That I had to leave. I would stay forever!

Good.. but could be better....

Liked: The location and the Front desk staff you good!
Disliked: The host and the staff at the Ceconi’s was just awful. The hospitality was awful. They couldn’t wait to get rid of you from the moment you sat down to eat. Walking across to Joe and the Joe to get a cup of coffee was a better experience.

Liked: Generally I am a fan of Soho House properties. The service at Cecconi’s was good.
Disliked: In no way was it worth the price - totally over valued for what it is and the quality of stay

Disliked: overall it didn’t live up to the expectations which the property shows on their site. Front desk staff not helpful nor friendly.

Perfect location & private hotel

Liked: Perfect location, in the middle of everything. I could get around quite easily, and plenty to do in the area. Very private & access to the members area was perfect to sort out some business meetings I had. The bed was insanely comfortable I had to shop all the sheets and pillows etc. The staff was super lovely, friendly and switched on. I was quite chaotic running in and out between meetings, and they’d always have everything sorted for me in the room. Food was amazing too. I will definitely be back!
Disliked: Nothing - it was great. The rooms are quite small which I didn’t mind, but I guess it’s something to keep in mind if you care about that. It’s also quite noisy if your room is on the outer side, which again I didn’t mind because I sleep deeply, but maybe an issue for light sleepers.
