Beautiful place with great service.

Liked: We were excited to stay on the plantation. Our room was great. We loved the decor. The grounds were spectacular and very relaxing. The breakfast was good. Our tour guide, Cassie, was phenomenal. We loved her enthusiasm.
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t care for was that our neighbors tv was loud so we had a hard time going to sleep. I had awakened around 1am to a couple talking loudly. So “thin walls” would be my only complaint.

My third time. Love it!

Liked: Loved the breakfast. Staff was great.
Disliked: The coffee shop should be opened earlier. 7:30 is too late. I, like other guests, were up early, and couldn't get a cup of coffee. Please consider this, or put coffee makers in the room.

Liked: We have stayed several times, we love the rooms in the house, the grounds are beautiful, location is nice.
Disliked: We went with the intention of sitting out on the porch in the rocking chairs, and walking the grounds. We could not do either one , the mosquitos were horrendous! I have never experienced mosquitos that bad, maybe spraying the grounds ahead of mosquito invasion would help! We will go again but in the fall or winter! We were there two years ago in March , did not have that problem!
