Ok Location to Walk Around...

Liked: Location is walkable to many dining options
Disliked: NOTE the hotel sells outside passes and parties to rent out the VERY small pool. I would not recommend staying here with children (we do not have kids) because the pool patrons give this an "adult only" vibe. On-site coffee shop ran out of breakfast food before 9:30 and on-site bar/restaurant was not open yet so we tried to bring food from a local carryout to the pool area to enjoy at a patio table and were told by a VERY rude and unprofessional looking young woman that we would have to eat on the sidewalk area outside of the hotel pool/patio area. We stayed at this hotel twice last year (before it was acquired by Hilton) and were allowed to bring in outside food if the hotel restaurant was closed.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: They charged $100 more than the price on booking.comThey gave us a room with broken blindsThe pool was full of so many people all chairs were reserved and was not able to get a chair plus they were having a big party and no one informed us before booking and I asked about pool multiple times before our stay It was my birthday weekend and they whole reason I wanted to come was to lay by the pool and relax and I did not get to do that

So many interesting things to...

Liked: The pool and restaurant. Loved the boutique-ness of the property.
Disliked: Our room faced Barret Avenue and it is loud until the bars close. So I would recommend getting a room away from Barret Avenue.

Great location but loud traffic...

Liked: the hotel was great. thw location was perfect, the room was large and accommodated 4 adults with 2 queen sized beds.
Disliked: the factory vibe was great but our room overlooked the main road which is a heavily traveled road at night by really loud motorcycles. the windows haven't been replaced so it was very loud.

Good location, trendy place, nice...

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, clean room. Across from the beautiful cemetery of the city. It was great for a morning walk.
Disliked: We were on the first floor, which the windows were basement level to the street. Concrete floors, very minimalist /trendy accommodation with basics, felt almost like staying at a hostel. Paid nearly $500 nightly, was hoping a little more upscale.
