Disliked: appearance of building is very poor, dirty and no flowers etc, hotel appeared closed as no lights on!, parking horrendous and building internally very tired!

Liked: Good location for mumbles. Clean and comfy bed
Disliked: Room was basic, expensive for what it is. No car park available so be prepared to park in ‘pay display’ car parks which are expensive.

Very pleasant for a short...

Liked: Room was clean, all the facilities worked. Bed was comfy. Temperature was good. Staff were helpful when available. Able to advise on local restaurants and other amenities.
Disliked: No hot water in the morning so had to have a shower later in the day. Was sorted very quickly. No breakfast included, not sure if it's a seasonal thing. In need of a bit of tlc, dated in some areas.

Lovely clean room with beautiful...

Liked: The room was very clean, with a lovely ensuite, and a lovely sea view. The hotel was very quiet and there were no disturbances or issues at all.
Disliked: There was a man outside when I arrived who let me in and gave me the room key, but there were no other members of staff present/ visible for the rest of my stay. The website said breakfast included but there was no information about breakfast and no staff to ask.
