Liked: Very friendly and accommodating staff, the peace and quietness of the hotel, lovely gardens.
Disliked: The room first allocated, no hot water and TV not working and its location overlooking the roof of kitchen and extraction unit.

Liked: The room was amazing and the restaurant and bar areas are beautiful, staff attentive and friendly.

Liked: Location. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff were helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: No toiletries (conditioner, body lotion etc). We found this very strange considering it’s a “spa” hotel. Dinner menu was not too good no accommodation for vegan diets.

Disliked: Basic room, uncomfortable beds, broken window, non working towel rail ( reported every day), teas/water not refreshed daily, very noisy we were at back of hotel and kitchen staff what radio on very loud when cleaning after closure. We complained but nothing happened. Food and bar very expensive but food was beautiful
