Liked: Ideal location close to 2 underground stations giving quick and easy access to London attractions . The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and nicely decorated - and good size and with good facilities. Really good breakfast, plenty of choices and again, very friendly and helpful staff

Definitely recommend

Liked: Great location in a calm area, just 15-minutes walk from the Liverpool train station. It’s just in front of Barbican center. The reception guys were so friendly and kind. I’ve got the room upgrade because of my birthday! That was awesome. Photographs of the rooms are quite accurate. I enjoyed breakfast served in a nice restaurant. They do have a nice bar in inert garden.

Expected more and better, still...

Liked: The location was brilliant, the room was clean and the size expected. The staff were excellent and they allowed us to leave our luggage throughout the day until check in. The foyer is nice and their was water in the room's fridge.
Disliked: The air con did not work properly meaning the room was boiling, the curtains did not cover the window meaning morning light glares in as soon as the sun rises and the pillows are so soft you sink into them, they offer no support or comfort.

A very pleasant and comfortable...

Liked: The staff were very attentive and helpful. It was old world and had a sense of history. Breakfast was excellent, great choice.
