Liked: I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Nice clean room cleaned every day, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, overall I had a good impression. Very good location of this hotel and for a reasonable price.
Disliked: Only that every day was the same choice for breakfast.

Super would highly recommend

Liked: Breakfast not included
Disliked: Room was very compact, a little more space would have been good. Bed was amazingly comfortable, hey you never get it all. Staff were amazing too.

Good hotel in London City.

Liked: The hotel has pretty good facilities. It is situated close to a big station with lots of tube and railway connections, so it is easy to get there from all sides of London.The staff is really friendly and willing to help you with everything you need.
Disliked: Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was broken, so in order to sleep properly we needed to keep windows open. We had not so warm weather, so it worked, but it could be too hot during hot weeks.

Very pleasant stay but watching...

Liked: The staff amazing the bed excellent but the TV ancient the phone does not work to call reception or anywhere for that matter The staff is trying by all means to compensate for the lack of updated systems No charging bay for mob phones in the room or anywhere else…no smart TV that means no cable and no internet via your TV Sad because the place has a great potential and location second to none.. but lacks investment and ownership
