Fine but poor nights sleep...

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The bed was too small & dipped in the middle so rolled into one another

Very comfortable, quiet and clean

Liked: Lovely entrance and reception. Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms.
Disliked: Our room was ready on arrival but if we wanted to check in early we would have had to pay £50 which I thought was a bit steep! Needless to say we just left our bags and decided not to check in early!

Good location for work event...

Liked: Location was great for the business trip. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Booked a twin room but had to ask for it to be made into twin on arrival. Had been set as a double. Upon changing to twin the gap between beds was extremely small! Very noisy room from something outside of the room. It seemed to stop after midnight-1pm then resume around 7am. No hand wash in the bathroom. Bathroom (shower) rather run downLift to our room smelled badly of smoke

Liked: Very helpful staff nothing was too much trouble.Associated pub the jugged hare was lovely...although we didn't eat there the menu looked amazing.Good location would definitely stay here again
