Liked: The breakfast was great. Fried bread!! Lovely.
Disliked: We had a heavy suitcase and it would have been handy to have been told there was a lift!

Liked: Beautiful setting and wonderful restaurant.
Disliked: It was very hot and the Moat House had no A/C

A gem of a find.

Liked: Very friendly & helpful staff. Great car parking facilities.
Disliked: A lot of flies whilst we were trying to eat both indoors and out. Extremely hot weather when we were staying & it was an issue in the surrounding village not just the hotel.

Peaceful and relaxing

Liked: Location was perfect as we were attending an outdoor concert at Cannock chase in the evening.All staff members we had the pleasure of speaking to were very helpful and polite.The rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurant and bar were very well stocked and were very efficient.To sit by the lake having a lovely glass of wine or 2 in the glorious sunshine, was a real bonus!The hotel was extremely quiet even though I believe it was fully booked So all in all a very pleasant and relaxing stay and we would definitely stay again
Disliked: I did receive a lot of messages before we stayed in regards to booking a table for dinner. These could have been a little less
