Peaceful and relaxing

Liked: Location was perfect as we were attending an outdoor concert at Cannock chase in the evening.All staff members we had the pleasure of speaking to were very helpful and polite.The rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurant and bar were very well stocked and were very efficient.To sit by the lake having a lovely glass of wine or 2 in the glorious sunshine, was a real bonus!The hotel was extremely quiet even though I believe it was fully booked So all in all a very pleasant and relaxing stay and we would definitely stay again
Disliked: I did receive a lot of messages before we stayed in regards to booking a table for dinner. These could have been a little less

Brilliant one night stopover !

Liked: Brilliant location in the countryside and adjacent to canal . Room ( we were upgraded to suite) was excellent- good facilities and really clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Evening meal in the restaurant was good value and well presented.
Disliked: Nothing
