Comfortable budget hotel which is very handy for Old Fruitmarket and City Hall. Would certainly use it again.
Liked: Room was exactly as advertised and, in spite of city centre location, double glazing meant it was quiet.

Lovely listed building; no frills room but lived up to expectations. Would be more than happy to book again.
Liked: Clean, comfortable, friendly.
Disliked: Room very gloomy; one bulb out and others very dull.

Lovely wee hotel with very friendly staff and great breakfast! Nice clean rooms and very sufficient for our one night stay to go to Barrowlands.

Good value but not very...
Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Good value.
Disliked: Noisy. Lumpy pillows! Windows need a lot of attention - draughty as it wouldn't close. Heating not on in room - so took ages to warm up.

Liked: Close to everything, clean and the staff were nice and direct told you what you needed to know and leave you to it, just the way I like it.

A comfortable boutique hotel with...
Liked: Lovely tall ceilings in the rooms and large bathrooms and showers.
Disliked: Room was located next to a very loud club with music playing Wed-Sat till 3am in the morning.

Hostel at hotel prices
Liked: Warm room. Clean towels
Disliked: This is a hostel not a hotel. It was very cheap and shabby. The breakfast was basic. The booking said we had free parking and a cooked breakfast - both were not the case. The hotel rooms face onto a very lively night club so we couldn't sleep until 3 am both nights we were there. The shower was mouldy - but the rest of the bathroom and room were clean. Everything in the place is budget and not really up to any hotel standard. I would not stay there again. We felt we were checked in and out all the time, like an old fashioned B&B. Not what we were expecting at all.
