Comfortable budget hotel which is very handy for Old Fruitmarket and City Hall. Would certainly use it again.
Liked: Room was exactly as advertised and, in spite of city centre location, double glazing meant it was quiet.

Lovely listed building; no frills room but lived up to expectations. Would be more than happy to book again.
Liked: Clean, comfortable, friendly.
Disliked: Room very gloomy; one bulb out and others very dull.

Lovely wee hotel with very friendly staff and great breakfast! Nice clean rooms and very sufficient for our one night stay to go to Barrowlands.
Liked: Very nice wee hotel.

SHOCKING!!!
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Hotel changed booking without consent and we were only notified on arrival, they changed our double rooms for quads, the hotel was reluctant to offer the 180 saving from changing the rooms. The Hotel then gave us an ultimatum, this was to receive a full refund and not stay there or accept the changes without any monetary saving, this was frustrating as I was in a party of 14 people and finding an alternative hotel for 14 people would prove inconvenient. The hotel also forced a 600 bank transfer deposit to allow us to stay in the hotel. Extremely poor and unprofessional establishment. Avoid at all costs.

My go to hotel whenever I'm in Glasgow.
Liked: The location is superb, close to Argyle St low level, and St Enoch underground. Very picturesque building. I love the wooden floors and the fact you can open a window for fresh air. Lovely staff.
Disliked: I find the stairs a bit difficult because I have arthritis but I still go back because everything else is so good, and the staff will help with luggage without even being asked.
