Bad

Liked: Nothing - worst place I’ve ever booked
Disliked: Room was not inside the building - was an outside shed. Cold, damp and mouldy. Bed sheets were wet with damp and a sheet of wood was wedged between the mattresses to attempt to soak up damp. Staff were clearly aware of the state of the room - would not upgrade my room or refund me. I left as I couldn’t breathe properly in the room.

It’s nice and mostly clean,...

Liked: The air conditioning was top notch, very necessary for the weather, the beds were okay and the little patio was good, I really liked having the kitchenette
Disliked: The bathroom is tiny, I have used caravan bathrooms that are bigger. It was around the same length as I am tall, and I am not a tall woman

Exactly as expected.

Liked: Very very close to the train station, which was great as we were getting an early train. The check-in process was really easy and simple. The room itself was reasonably clean and a decent size. The facilities were good, hot water and good pressure, tea and coffee making supplies, free WiFi available. Exactly what we needed for a sleeping box for 1 night.
Disliked: The room was old and not well maintained. It was surface clean and you could see the effort that had gone into the original design, but you could see the build-up of dust and dirt round the edges of the room, grime around the bathroom faucets, and toilet flush. The room was also extremely warm due to the weather, but there wasn't any method to cool it, to the point we didn't attempt to sleep under the duvet. Even a fan would have been a welcome addition to the room. The bed was the biggest letdown, as it wasn't even a full double, we've slept in small doubles before which is fine for a night or 2 tops but anyone that was any bigger in any direction would have struggled.
