The Mayfair Townhouse - an Iconic Luxury Hotel

Very nice and cozy place...

Liked: Location is perfect, everything was in line with high standards of neighborhood.
Disliked: A bit noisy outside in the evenings.

Superb stay in the heart...

Liked: Superb as always. Room excellent, great service. Brilliant location. My go to place when I’m in town.
Disliked: Extra charge on my bill for room cleaning. They were listed as optional but I didn’t check the bill and wasn’t told about them when checking out. The rate should be the rate.

One of the best places...

Liked: The location in Mayfair is perfect. Quiet, charming street near Green Park. Walking distance to many sites in the west end and near tube stations. The Mayfair Townhouse is converted from older townhomes so the room sizes vary. We booked the garden suite which is very spacious with a separate sitting area and an outdoor garden. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. The BEST feature by far is the staff. Outstanding personal attention, they balance professionalism with making you feel like you are treasured friends. We will always stay at Mayfair Townhouse in London.

A stylish and comfortable stay...

Liked: The location is excellent in the heart of Mayfair, close to restaurants and attractions. The hotel design is elegant with lots of luxury details, and the décor gives a warm, unique atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and professional, with quick and attentive service. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was great.
Disliked: Nothing

Good hotel for discovering the...

Liked: Nice location, close to all public transport but still a very quite street. The interior design is beautiful and the rooms are super clean.
Disliked: The room was small with a little window. We managed to fit in our luggage but it was not comfy enough. It says that the average room in London is smaller but I can’t agree, we’ve stayed at a couple of places and rooms were bigger. Think of CitizenM size of rooms. For the last night our aircon was not functioning and since the window is too little it was a bit stuffy inside.
