It was ok for the...
Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Very disapppointed there was no restaurnt, therefor no breakfast available. Not enough pillows , we like 2 Each.

Liked: Likes the attitude of the staff who booked us in early and changed our room from the first poorly maintained one they offered.Liked the location
Disliked: We could have been given a room that aligns with the one pictured and described on Booking.comWe didn't like not being guaranteed parking, when it is offered as a benefit of the hotel - their car park is also available for non residents as paid parking through pay by phone, which increases the risk of no space - if you can book a guaranteed space with pay by phone, the hotel should be able to for their residents.

Noisey needs updating building and...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Needs updating, kettle broken, coffee machine broken, my partner is 6ft and he couldn’t sit on the loo properly as it’s very small tight area next to the bath with a towel radiator in front of it. I’m 5ft 1 and only just enough room for my legs. We did tell them about the broken appliances and they wasn’t replaced the coffee machine was just cleaned up. Room 22! Hotel is old and creaks and pipe work makes a lot of noise

Exceptional
Liked: We visited this hotel recently, the staff were very good, they met all of our needs and helped us with anything we asked for.The location was perfect, free parking as long as there was parking on site. Beach was 10-12 minutes away by foot.
Disliked: The building is outdated, as I was with a little one, maybe a microwave/fridge would be helpful. But each time we asked the staff, they were happy to help. Just didnt want to trouble anyone...But I would definitely book this hotel again

Liked: Rooms on side of building have a nice outlook. Proper pod coffee machine in room
Disliked: Bed base in Rm24 needs replacing, along with the pillows. Bathroom was basic but functional
