Great rates, and overall comfortable...
Liked: The bar, restaurant were nice. Everything was clean and worked well. Elevators did not have a long wait. Easy check in and check out process
Disliked: Mattress was a little too firm for us.

Great location with very updated...
Liked: The location was great. Very unique decor. The rooms were modern and clean.
Disliked: Although it was interesting, they were filming a movie about the area we reside in Pennsylvania. We should have been notified as it did make going to and from our room slightly different

Disliked: The platform bed was hard. I might as well have slept on the floor.it was more of a studio closet, with no parking, and no real lobby. So if you have issues getting in you are just stuck.

Liked: I liked the building and the room was clean and used the space in a clever way.
Disliked: I hated the check-in experience. It's too many steps. First book thru booking.com then there were several other steps and I still was on the phone holding for customer service for 15 mins. Then I had to get the code and figure all that out. I don't always travel with a plan and often roll into a town and need a place to stay on the fly. The process here was a pain and I miss the front desk concierge!

Liked: We liked the room and the location was great.
Disliked: The check in process was horrible! We did a virtual check in and then waited for over an hour for an email with our door code. When we didn't receive the email, we called the management office number and we were told we hadn't paid for the reservation. We then had to wait for the management team to confirm that the payment was completed through booking.com. Very disappointed. Won't stay there again and won't recommend.
